Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, traditional educational evaluation and feedback systems face many challenges, especially in terms of personalized and real-time feedback. This paper proposes a feedback optimization algorithm based on big data analysis, which aims to improve the learning performance of students, participation and learning depth by dynamically adjusting the feedback content. This paper conducts a series of experiments on an online learning platform, and compares the learning performance of the experimental group (using the algorithm in this paper) and the control group (using the traditional fixed feedback method). The experimental results show that the experimental group using the feedback optimization algorithm based on big data analysis has a significantly higher improvement in the mid-term and final exams than the control group, and the learning performance of students, learning time and homework submission frequency have also increased significantly. In experimental group, learning depth score and feedback quality score of students were significantly better than those in control group, which showed that personalized feedback could better meet their learning needs. In addition, the comparison results between the algorithm in this paper and other existing feedback algorithms show that the algorithm in this paper has obvious advantages in improving the grades, feedback stability and participation of students.
