- Abstract
The construction of new liberal arts aims at promoting interdisciplinary integration and improving the quality of liberal arts education. Based on the need analysis framework, the qualification requirements of cross-border e-commerce talents are emphasized after analyzing the current CBEC recruitment information. Then this paper discusses the key problems of CBEC talent training in universities, proposing that in the context of new liberal arts, the training of cross-border e-commerce talents should strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, promote interdisciplinary integration, and accelerate the construction of a “dual-qualified” teacher team to ensure the high-quality and sustainable development of CBEC industry.
