- Abstract
In response to the policy requirements of national comprehensive moral education and the full-staff education policy, this study focuses on the prominent issues faced by higher vocational colleges in student values formation and psychological health education. It aims to construct an adaptive learning system centered on the deep integration of psychological-political education and mental health education. By leveraging multimodal data fusion and a knowledge graph-based design, the system reveals the mutual promotion relationship between values identification and psychological capital, achieving personalized education content push and real-time intervention. Empirical research has shown that the system significantly improves students’ values identification and psychological resilience, validating its effectiveness in enhancing educational quality. This study provides theoretical support and a technical pathway for “Dexin Integration” education, injecting new momentum into higher vocational colleges’ moral education practices.
