This paper delves into the connotation of science-education integration, analyzes the current situation and existing problems in cultivating innovative talents in the food major of higher vocational education from the perspective of science-education integration, and proposes strategies for cultivating innovative talents in the food major. It aims to provide talent support and intellectual backing for the rapid development of the food discipline.
