This paper explores the challenges and innovations in vocational education, particularly in the aviation industry, focusing on the alignment of educational programs with industry demands. The paper presents a comprehensive approach to major construction in vocational colleges, emphasizing innovations in ideology, pathways, and models. By aligning educational programs with the aviation industry’s needs, teaching quality monitoring is to improve the effectiveness of vocational education and ensure that graduates are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the evolving demands of the industry.
