- Abstract
This study explores the impact of natural education on psychological stress among adolescent participants, conducting a data survey of 504 urban adolescents. SPSS data analysis was employed, including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and difference testing. The research results indicate that natural education activities significantly reduce adolescents’ stress perception (d=0.64), enhance positive emotions (d=0.70), decrease negative emotions (d=0.81), and increase life satisfaction (d=0.41). The study confirms the existence of a chain mediation pathway of “natural education → restorative perception → emotional state → psychological stress recovery,” demonstrating that natural education has a positive impact on adolescent mental health and confirming its effectiveness as a mental health intervention approach. The research innovatively reveals the underlying mechanisms by which natural education promotes adolescent mental health, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for optimizing natural education practices and promoting adolescent psychological well-being.
