Abstract

The Optoelectronic Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College aims to cultivate high-quality applied talents who meet the demands of the optoelectronic industry, focusing on developing individuals with solid theoretical foundations, systematic professional knowledge, and strong practical abilities in the fields of optoelectronic information, optical engineering, optoelectronic devices, and semiconductor lighting. Addressing the pain points and difficulties in traditional talent cultivation models, such as the disconnection between curriculum content and industry needs, weak practical teaching links, and insufficient student innovation capabilities, the industry college actively explores and implements the “Three Transformations and Three Implementations” talent cultivation model reform. This includes optimizing “career guidance” to refine postgraduate entrance examination preparation, deepening “industry-education integration” to solidify practical training, and strengthening “research-education convergence” to enhance scientific research. These measures are designed to comprehensively improve students’ overall quality and competitiveness.
