Abstract

In response to the talent development needs of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering under the new engineering education paradigm, this study uses the course Artificial Intelligence Technology and Applications as a vehicle to construct a five-in-one instructional framework comprising goal orientation, ideological integration, progressive staging, project-driven practice, and evaluative feedback. The framework promotes the integration of AI knowledge dissemination with value-oriented guidance. Focusing on typical task chains such as defect detection, it incorporates elements of national strategy, engineering ethics, and green manufacturing to establish a collaborative educational framework of “knowledge–ability–literacy.” Effectiveness was validated through a two-dimensional assessment combining technical performance and value-oriented outcomes, supported by positive student feedback. Practical implementation has shown that the course effectively enhances students’ engineering capabilities and sense of social responsibility, thereby providing an engineering-oriented paradigm for the integration of ideological and political education into AI-related courses.
