Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought about transformative changes in the auditing industry, posing new challenges for talent cultivation. Proficiency in utilizing information technology has become one of the core competencies for auditing students. This paper explores the application of information technology in the cultivation of auditing professionals, aiming to address the challenges faced by traditional teaching methods. By analyzing the current status and challenges of talent cultivation in auditing and leveraging the characteristics of information technology, a technical application framework based on virtual simulation, big data analytics, online learning platforms, and AI-assisted teaching is proposed. The study employs a combination of experimental design and case analysis to validate the significant improvement in students’ practical skills and learning outcomes through the application of information technology. The research results provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the reform and innovation of talent cultivation in auditing.
