- Abstract
The wave of digitalization is profoundly reshaping the ecology of university sports education, bringing it new opportunities and changes. This article deeply analyzes the multiple meanings of digitalization in university sports education, comprehensively examines the severe challenges faced by the construction of university sports teachers under the background of digitalization, and puts forward systematic and innovative coping strategies. It aims to promote the high-quality development of university sports education in the digital age, improve the professional quality and teaching ability of sports teachers, and thus promote the physical and mental health and all-round development of students.
