Abstract

The origin of wearable technology can be traced back to the 1960s, when its infancy began, but it developed relatively slowly due to the level of technology at that time. Until the beginning of the 21st century, the vigorous development of big data, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other technologies has injected strong impetus into the development of wearable technology, which has ushered in a golden period of rapid development. Nowadays, wearable technology has been widely penetrated into all fields of life, showing a huge application value. This study aims to explore the specific application mode, effect and influence of wearable technology in aerobics. Through rigorous experimental research, it is clear how wearable technology can provide accurate sports data for aerobics athletes, help them optimize the training plan, improve the training effect, and reduce the risk of sports injury. At the same time, it will explore the application potential of wearable technology in aerobics teaching, competition judging and other aspects, so as to provide new technical support and ideas for the development of aerobics. Wearable technology can also provide objective data support for coaches, help them to better evaluate the training effect, and provide reference for the development of subsequent training plans.
