- Abstract
The use of Web 2.0 communication tools greatly enhances the potential for collaborative learning. This article examines how the collaborative communication tool differentiates itself at each stage of the learning situation, offering specific functionalities to facilitate interactions between learners, enabling them to engage, exchange ideas and collaborate on shared projects using a learning management platform (LMS), while taking into account the four stages of the learning process (situation, conceptualization, objectivation, transfer) and highlights, at each phase, the functionalities that promote successful interaction. By detailing the use of the collaborative communication tool in each phase, this discussion provides stakeholders with a framework for effectively optimizing the role of technology in dynamic educational contexts, highlighting the many benefits as well as the strategic and effective integration at each stage of the educational process.
