- Abstract
Zhiye Goutong(Professional Communication) is a Chinese‑medium university course focusing on vocational interpersonal and public‑speaking competence. The contextualization of public‑speaking training poses a considerable challenge. Generative AI creates new opportunities for contextualized public‑speaking teaching by delivering authentic and diverse practical scenarios. While the full adoption of generative AI in teaching facilitates students’ learning and practice, it also leads to a general lack of personalization. Three optimization strategies are therefore put forward: optimizing prompts, clarifying the human‑AI collaborative relationship, and prioritizing personalized and creative expression in evaluation.
