- Abstract
With the advancement of digital transformation in education, vocational university teachers are facing higher requirements for digital literacy and innovation. This not only changes the status quo of teachers’ professional development and lifelong learning, but also strengthens the integration of education and industry. Enhancing teachers’ digital literacy helps to optimize the allocation of educational resources and meet industry needs. In order to promote teachers’ digital literacy, customized training, strengthened technical support, innovative teaching modes, and certification incentive mechanisms should be established to cultivate more technical and skilled talents that meet industry needs.
