- Abstract
This study explores the supporting scheme for experimental teaching and administrative management based on resource collaborative optimization theory. A case analysis of the College of Arts, Sichuan University, is used to propose effective strategies for resource integration and optimization, with the goal of enhancing the quality of experimental teaching and the efficiency of administrative management. The study suggests building resource-sharing platforms, simplifying administrative processes, and introducing digital management systems to improve resource utilization and administrative effectiveness. Despite initial successes, several challenges remain, including the inadequate alignment of course content with industry developments and the need for deeper cross-departmental collaboration. To address these issues, the college has proposed strategies to update teaching content, strengthen departmental collaboration and communication, and optimize resource allocation through data analysis. Looking ahead, the college aims to continue refining the existing scheme, promoting intelligent and dynamic resource management to further improve experimental teaching quality and administrative efficiency. This study offers valuable practical experience and theoretical insights for innovating higher education resource management, with strong potential for broader application in art education and beyond.
