Abstract

If colleges and universities want to adhere to the central task of cultivating people with moral integrity, they must put the ideological and political education of students in the first place. College counselors are the main force of college students’ ideological and political education and student management services, and the level of competence of the counsellor team directly affects the quality of college students’ ideological and political education, and also affects the direction and level of talent cultivation in the long term. Training is the most effective and direct way to improve the competence of counselors, and efficient counsellor training has an important role and far-reaching significance. At present, there is a lack of scientific theory in counsellor training, and the training effect is not satisfactory enough, so there is an urgent need to promote the innovation of counsellor training system and methods and tools.
