Analysis of Chinese Learners’ Learning Behavior Patterns Based on Data Mining

Abstract

In order to deeply explore the influence of Chinese learners’ learning behavior patterns on learning outcomes, this study adopts data mining technology to extract typical learning behavior patterns through the collection, preprocessing and clustering analysis of a large amount of learners’ behavioral data, and constructs a prediction model of learning outcomes based on support vector machine. The analysis results show that high duration and high engagement learning behaviors are significantly and positively correlated with higher learning achievement levels, and the model shows high prediction accuracy and robustness on the test set.
