- Abstract
With the accelerating globalization and innovative advances in information technology, cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) has emerged as a dynamic and rapidly expanding domain. This growth has created a pressing demand for professionals who possess a global mindset, cross-cultural communication skills, and a profound understanding of market dynamics. Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), with its capabilities to generate content, conduct intelligent analyses, and personalize recommendations, represents a significant advancement in the training of CBEC talents. To explore the role of AI in the cultivation of CBEC talent, this study conducted a thorough literature review and analyzed real-world cases. Our objective was to investigate how AI is integrated into higher education institutions to prepare future CBEC experts. Our findings revealed that AI not only enhances real-time course updates but also improves practical simulations, enabling course content to align more closely with evolving industry needs. Furthermore, AI's ability to personalize learning paths and provide intelligent feedback systems significantly enhances student engagement and learning outcomes. The Theoretical Framework for Integrating Personalized Instruction and Practical Skills Training enriches the application of AI in education, particularly in personalized instruction and practical skills training. It also offers practical guidance for curriculum design, teaching strategies, and assessment systems to modernize and enhance CBEC education. In conclusion, the integration of AI in CBEC talent cultivation presents a promising future where students can acquire cutting-edge skills and prepare for the evolving challenges of the global e-commerce landscape.
