Abstract

Under the background of the increasingly severe employment situation, the refinement and precision of career consultation and employment guidance in colleges and universities is particularly important. Based on the case analysis of the construction of 5“O” career consulting studio in s college of c university, this paper probes into the practice and effect of precise vocational consultation and employment guidance from the aspects of studio general situation, hardware construction, organizational structure and operation mechanism, practice and exploration, innovation and effect, it is expected that depending on the construction of the studio, the full employment of high-quality college graduates will be promoted.
