- Abstract
Based on the rural revitalization strategy, this paper analyzes the current status of rural human capital and the diverse demands for talent, exploring the advantages, practical pathways, and challenges faced by Local Vocational Colleges in boosting rural talent revitalization. Through case studies of four vocational colleges in Guangdong, the paper summarizes the various boost pathways employed by these colleges. To address challenges such as low alignment in professional settings, inadequate guarantees for talent cultivation, weak coordination mechanisms, and a lack of emerging professional offerings, the paper proposes countermeasures including optimizing professional settings, increasing resource investment, innovating educational models, deepening cooperation, and strengthening policy support. These measures aim to enhance the service capabilities of colleges and provide solid boost for rural talent revitalization.
