Abstract

This study explores the application of new-quality productivity in the integrated development of red culture and tourism in Tiandong Red Army Village. It examines how technological empowerment, talent recruitment, and cultural excavation can promote the high-quality development of red tourism, providing feasible pathways for the innovative utilization of red culture and tourism resources. By employing a combination of literature analysis and field research, this study systematically reviews the current state, existing problems, and developmental bottlenecks of red culture and tourism in Tiandong Red Army Village. Specific strategies and pathways are proposed based on the characteristics of new-quality productivity. The findings reveal that while Tiandong Red Army Village possesses rich red cultural and tourism resources, traditional development models face challenges such as insufficient publicity, inconvenient transportation, and weak infrastructure. The introduction of new-quality productivity can drive integrated development through technological innovation, industrial transformation, and model upgrading, achieving comprehensive economic, social, and cultural benefits. Strategies such as technological empowerment and industrial integration can significantly enhance resource utilization efficiency, visitor experience quality, and local economic stimulation in Tiandong Red Army Village. This research provides a theoretical framework and practical pathway for other regions with red culture and tourism resources.
