Abstract

Since the 18th Party Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the development of education and the work of teachers, and has repeatedly made important speeches and instructions around the construction of the teaching force, and the construction of the teaching force in colleges and universities has made remarkable achievements. However, the problem of improving the teaching ability of college teachers is still the main resistance that restricts the high-quality development of China's higher education at present. Therefore, the systematic study of improving the teaching ability of college teachers has become a major theoretical and practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.
