- Abstract
This study examines the current state of digital curriculum resources in new energy vehicle technology programs at vocational colleges. Through multidimensional analysis, it investigates root causes of challenges in talent development, curriculum design, and teaching methodologies. By aligning with industry demands, analyzing competition outcomes, and integrating vocational qualification standards, the research establishes digital educational resources that meet the “job-course-competition-certification” framework. Building on this foundation, it explores innovative teaching models responsive to modern workplace requirements and educational objectives. These efforts aim to advance the development of “new technology-driven digital education” in new energy vehicle programs, ultimately enhancing the quality of vocational talent cultivation in China.
