- Abstract
In recent years, China has been deepening the implementation of sustainable development strategies in the construction industry, transitioning from rapid growth to a high-quality development phase with increasing emphasis on ecological construction. The industry has been integrating digital and intelligent technologies throughout various stages to achieve more scientific and environmentally-friendly construction practices. This paper investigates multiple digital intelligence technologies in the construction sector, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain. Focusing on resource management, construction organization management, schedule control, and application of energy-efficient components, the study analyzes sustainable development approaches enabled by these technologies. Furthermore, it explores potential innovations such as cloud platform modules for green buildings and industrial integration. The research provides significant theoretical foundations and practical contributions for the digital-intelligent transformation and sustainable development of the construction industry, facilitating the implementation of sustainable development strategies, promoting high-quality industry advancement, and supporting successful transformation and upgrading.
