Abstract

With the upgrading of industrial structures, the demand for applied talents in society is increasing. Traditional teaching models are unable to meet the requirements for practical skill development. The school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation model not only helps students better understand professional knowledge but also enhances their ability to solve practical problems and improves their employability. Taking the Big Data Management and Application major at Guangzhou Software Institute as an example, this paper explores the construction path of off-campus practice teaching bases under the school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation model. It proposes a “three spaces, four integrations” practice teaching model and analyzes the core aspects such as the integration of school-enterprise resources, faculty development, and case library development. Combining literature reviews and case studies, the paper summarizes the content and key elements of base construction, providing a universal framework and practical suggestions for universities to optimize their practice teaching bases.
