- Abstract
In response to the urgent need for scientific and technological innovation to lead the comprehensive revitalization of industries, how to fully revitalize scientific and technological and enhance the effectiveness of transforming scientific and technological achievements in universities is an important link in implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development. At present, the gap between the supply of scientific and technological achievements in universities and the needs of society and the economy still needs to be bridged. The professional management and transformation operation of scientific and technological achievementsently need to be strengthened, and relevant supporting policies need to be deepened and implemented. Universities need to further promote organized scientific research, strengthen the construction of professional institutions improve the long-term mechanism of transformation, and build a good innovation ecology.
