- Abstract
In the context of the “Double First - Class” initiative, most university libraries have launched decision - support services. However, there are certain differences in the implementation levels among different university libraries, and further research is needed on the effectiveness of these services. This study uses the CIPP model to construct an evaluation index system for decision - support services in “Double First - Class” university libraries from four dimensions: environment, resources, process, and results.
