- Abstract
The future of transportation planning in India is going to be about creating an environment. We need to focus on building infrastructure that is sustainable by promoting the use of electric vehicles. This will help reduce the amount of carbon dioxide that is released into the air and improve the well-being of people. India is becoming urban and more people are buying their own vehicles, which is causing problems with carbon dioxide emissions. This study is looking at the United Nations goals for development by the year 2030. We are focusing on the ecological parts of sustainable development in India. The fact that India cities are growing fast and the problems with transportation are harming the environment. However there are some challenges when it comes to using vehicles, such as the high cost of buying one not enough places to charge them concerns about the batteries and not enough people knowing about them. The question is how do carbon dioxide emissions affect the sustainability of Indian environment and society. We are also looking at how people move in India. We think that technology like the Internet of Things and blockchain can help reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The government, technology and peoples behavior all play a role in this. It is very important to have practices, such, as good public transportation, bike paths and sidewalks. The government, technology and the way people behave can all help reduce the amount of carbon dioxide that is released into the air from transportation. India needs to start doing these things to reduce the harm that is being done to the environment. The government and the people must work together to make this happen. India needs to adopt transportation practices, like electric vehicles to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and create a sustainable environment.
