Website: https://icadmses.com/ It is our great pleasure to present the proceedings of the International Conference on Advanced Design, Manufacturing, and Sustainable Energy Systems (ICADMSES-2026), held on 12–13 March 2026 in hybrid mode at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. ICADMSES-2026 was organized to provide an international platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, scientists, and students to exchange knowledge and discuss recent developments in advanced design, manufacturing technologies, and sustainable energy systems. The conference addressed emerging challenges and opportunities associated with sustainable industrial development and emphasized strengthening collaborations among academia, research institutions, and industry. The technical program encompassed a broad range of interdisciplinary themes, including advanced design methodologies, smart and additive manufacturing, computational mechanics, artificial intelligence and data-driven engineering, materials and surface engineering, thermal and fluid systems, hydrogen energy technologies, energy storage, industrial automation, digital manufacturing, and sustainable energy solutions. ICADMSES-2026 received an overwhelming response from the scientific community, attracting contributions from researchers and practitioners representing universities, research laboratories, and industries from India and abroad. A total of 107 research papers were presented during the conference. All submitted manuscripts underwent a rigorous peer-review process conducted by subject experts to ensure high standards of scientific quality, originality, technical significance, and relevance to the conference themes. Only selected papers satisfying the established academic and ethical criteria have been included in these proceedings. These proceedings, published by Atlantis Press, part of Springer Nature, present a collection of high-quality research contributions that reflect recent advancements and future directions in engineering and sustainable technologies. The published articles are expected to serve as a valuable resource for researchers, academicians, policymakers, industrial practitioners, and students, while fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and promoting the dissemination of innovative scientific knowledge at the global level. We sincerely thank all keynote speakers, invited experts, authors, reviewers, technical program committee members, session chairs, organizing committee members, and volunteers whose dedicated efforts contributed significantly to the success of ICADMSES-2026. We also gratefully acknowledge the support of the sponsoring organizations and institutional partners.
