Abstract

The implementation of SISKOHAT has not gone well, where prospective hajj pilgrims have not met the requirements, such as differences in data on the hajj registration requirement documents, such as family cards, identity cards, marriage certificates and others. Things that should be inputted into SISKOHAT cannot be done because they do not meet the requirements. The basic research used is qualitative research which aims to describe and reveal descriptive data as an approach to generally understanding the problems of SISKOHAT in Indonesia. Data collection techniques using literature review techniques from various relevant sources. The results of this analysis show that implementation can be seen from three indicators. First, network and infrastructure development is still directed at increasing quantity and quality and SISKOHAT space is still minimal, thus hampering hajj services. Second, the availability of information technology is considered adequate, both in terms of the provision of computers, internet, printers and others are already available. Third, the availability of human resources is still minimal and still not very reliable in utilizing SISKOHAT. Fourth, increasing transparency and accountability in the management of the hajj pilgrimage. Fifth, the lack of comparative research, focusing on technical access and limited data access.
