Abstract

In order to satisfy the requirements of the complex environment of plateau on the use of concrete mechanical properties and durability performance, this paper designed three different mix-ratio concretes of 30% fly ash, 30% fly ash + 5% silica fume slurry and 30% fly ash + liquid internal curing agent. And analyzed the change rule of concrete compressive strength, shrinkage, impermeability and microscopic properties. The results showed that the 56d compressive strength of concrete with 5% silica fume slurry and internal curing agent decreased by 3.2% and 4.0%, respectively, compared with 30% fly ash alone, while the internal curing agent improved the early shrinkage of the concrete. 30% fly ash + 5% silica fume slurry ratio of concrete better improved the pore structure, morphology, physical composition, and seepage resistance of the concrete. Finally, based on the entropy weighting method, the performance of concrete under the three ratios was evaluated comprehensively, and 30% fly ash + 5% silica fume slurry was obtained as the optimal ratio, and it is recommended that fly ash + silica fume slurry be added to improve the working performance of the concrete and prolong its service life in the plateau environment.
