We are delighted to present the proceedings of ICECH 2024, an international conference that brings together scholars, practitioners, and thought leaders to explore the inter-sections of data-driven strategies and sustainable development in a rapidly changing global landscape. The theme of this year’s conference, “Sustainable Strategies In The Data-driven Economy”, underscores the dual imperatives of leveraging technological advancements and addressing pressing global challenges. As the world navigates the transformative potential of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, driven by unprecedented digitalization and the proliferation of big data, businesses and governments face both remarkable opportunities and formidable challenges. ICECH 2024 serves as a platform to examine these dynamics, offering insights into how organizations can build resilience, foster innovation, and achieve sustainable growth in uncertain times, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

ICECH 2024 is proudly organized by a consortium of esteemed institutions dedicated to advancing research and fostering dialogue on sustainable strategies in the data-driven economy. This 12th International Conference is a collaborative effort led by the International School-Vietnam National University Hanoi, in partnership with Hanoi University of Science and Technology – School of Economics and Management, University of Economics and Business-Vietnam National University, Hanoi, National Economics University – Faculty of Business Management, The University of Danang – University of Economics, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Foreign Trade University, University of Economics – Hue University, University of Hertfordshire (UK), AVSE Global (France), PPM School of Management (Indonesia), and EM Normandie Business School (France). Together, these distinguished institutions bring a wealth of academic expertise and professional insight, creating a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.

The ICECH 2024 Conference features a diverse range of sessions, structured around five thematic areas that reflect the multifaceted nature of the challenges and opportuni-ties in today’s data-driven economy. These themes are: (1) Data-driven Economics; (2) Strategic Management and Business Law; (3) Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Market-ing; (4) Sustainable Finance and Banking; and (5) Innovation and Technology. The papers published in these proceedings provide valuable contributions to the ongoing debates surrounding the digital transformation of business activities, the pursuit of sustainable development goals (SDGs), and the adoption of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. Collectively, they offer fresh perspectives, innovative solutions, and actionable insights for academics, professionals, and policymakers.
