- Abstract
This paper focuses on Changbai Mountain’s Manchu paper-cutting art as a case study to explore how intangible cultural heritage can achieve innovative preservation and inheritance through e-commerce platforms while contributing to rural revitalization. By examining policy support, cultural characteristics, current market conditions, and development prospects, the study proposes innovative approaches, such as multi-channel integration, the development of cultural and creative products, and cross-sector collaboration. The findings reveal that by integrating technology with cultural heritage, Manchu paper-cutting art not only gains renewed vitality but also provides sustainable economic growth for rural areas.
