Abstract

Strengthening character education has become a national vision reinforced by Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2017 on Character Education Strengthening (PPK). This is deemed crucial as a collective effort to bolster national identity in the era of Industry 4.0. To achieve this, systemic efforts involving all aspects, including education, are necessary. This study aims to enhance student literacy through the development of an Integrative Learning Model based on Team-Based Projects (TBP) for the Citizenship and Pancasila course (MKWK). The research employs an R&D approach using the ADDIE model. The results indicate that the Team-Based Project (TBP) learning model effectively improves student literacy through Deep Approach Learning (DAL), promoting deep understanding, collaboration, and critical thinking. Successful implementation requires thorough preparation, including Semester Learning Plans (RPS), project planning, and ongoing evaluation while addressing challenges such as digital access and conflicts.
