- Abstract
The research aims to test the feasibility of the design thinking-based textbook for optimizing project-based learning. The research was conducted to provide textbooks to meet the standards of content, process, and learning tools to optimize project-based learning. The research and development (R&D) adopt the model Four-D Thiagarajan, which consists of 4 main stages, namely: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, and (4) disseminate. This article only presents product design feasibility test data based on suggestions from language, media, and material experts. The percentage of validation data analysis results is categorized based on the feasibility criteria scale. The results of the research and development of textbooks based on the design thinking “double diamond” process model to optimize project-based learning for MKWK Citizenship Education are declared feasible to be used at the stage of needing revision. The feasibility is stated because all indicators in the media (95%), material (91%) and language (90%) aspects have been declared feasible.
