- Abstract
This paper explores the relationship between crisis management and organizational resilience, focusing on how organizations respond to crises and build long-term resilience. The study integrates key theoretical frameworks, including Crisis Management Theory, Organizational Learning Theory, and Resilience Theory, to understand how organizations can not only survive crises but also adapt and emerge stronger. By focusing on post-crisis learning, effective leadership, and organizational culture, this research provides both theoretical insights and practical strategies for improving crisis preparedness, communication, and recovery. The findings emphasize that organizations must develop adaptive systems and continuously improve their crisis management strategies to enhance resilience and ensure long-term sustainability.
