- Abstract
This paper takes vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province as its research object, combining Total Quality Control (TQC) with PDCA cycle theory to explore improvement strategies and implementation pathways within their teaching quality assurance systems. By analyzing the current state and issues of teaching quality in Jiangsu vocational colleges, the paper proposes a TQC+PDCA integrated model centered on “full-process monitoring, full participation, and continuous improvement,” aiming to construct a “dual-cycle driven” quality assurance system to provide theoretical support for enhancing the quality of vocational education in Jiangsu Province.
