Abstract

Against the backdrop of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, the construction of Emerging Engineering Education has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in Electronic Information majors of local universities. Taking the teaching reform project ″Cultivation of Regional Innovative Talents for Electronic Information Majors in Emerging Engineering Education″ of Quanzhou Normal University as the research carrier, this paper systematically constructs a ″demand-oriented - capability-based - industry-education integrated″ regional innovative talent training mode by comprehensively using literature research, empirical investigation, case analysis and other methods. The study finds that measures such as dynamically optimizing training programs, constructing a three-stage practical teaching system, promoting curriculum ideological and political education and AI-empowered reform, and deepening industrial college construction can significantly enhance students’ engineering practice ability and innovative literacy. The research results provide a replicable practical path for local universities to serve regional industrial upgrading and cultivate high-quality applied talents.
