Abstract

With the comprehensive spread of labor education in universities, primary schools and secondary schools, the evaluation of labor education has also aroused widespread concern in academic and educational circles. The evaluation of labor education is a key link in the Process of labor education and an important way to enhance the effect of labor education. It plays a leading role in feedback improvement, evaluation incentive and guidance in the whole process of education. Based on CIPP (background evaluation Context, Input evaluation input, process evaluation process, outcome evaluation Product) model, this study deeply discusses the construction and practical path of the evaluation index system of labor education in colleges and universities. Through the methods of literature research, expert interviews and questionnaire survey, the evaluation indexes of each dimension are determined, and the index weight is determined by AHP, so as to build a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system. At the same time, combined with the practical application of the index system, it provides theoretical support and practical guidance for colleges and universities to improve the quality of labor education. The research shows that the evaluation index system based on CIPP model can effectively reflect the whole picture of labor education in colleges and universities, and provide direction for the improvement and development of labor education.
