Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technology, generative artificial intelligence, as a hallmark of this era, is profoundly transforming government governance models. Generative artificial intelligence empowers digital government, showcasing significant effectiveness. However, the application of this technology also brings risks such as data security, loss of control over technology, and the allocation of responsibilities among various entities. Therefore, it is essential to establish and enhance information security regulations, strengthen technical oversight, and clarify the rights and responsibilities of all participating entities to promote the healthy integration of generative artificial intelligence with digital government.
