- Abstract
Winter sports are gaining more popularity, and the cultural industry is experiencing rapid growth as well. Combining winter sports tourism with the cultural industry has emerged as a key strategy for boosting regional economic progress and supporting industrial transformation. The RMP - SWOT analysis model is employed. This paper takes the integrated development of ice and snow sports tourism and the cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province as the research object. Through an in-depth analysis of the three dimensions of resources, market, and products, combined with the comprehensive evaluation of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats, this paper puts forward targeted development strategies, aiming at providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the deep integration of winter sports tourism and cultural industry and promoting the ice and snow industry to a higher level of development.
