- Abstract
Promoting high-quality postgraduate education in universities requires close alignment with national major strategies and frontier fields. It necessitates optimizing disciplinary structures, deepening the integration of science and education as well as industry-education collaboration mechanisms, enhancing the application of new technologies like artificial intelligence, and striving to cultivate well-rounded, high-caliber talents with strong moral character and professional competence. This paper first analyzes current challenges in postgraduate education. Then, it proposes strategies for establishing a holistic talent education system—covering all participants, the entire process, and all dimensions—from perspectives including moral education, research innovation, management systems, and evaluation mechanisms. The study aims to provide theoretical references and practical approaches for reform of postgraduate education.
