- Abstract
The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka has begun throughout Indonesia, in stages. In the early stages of implementing this curriculum, of course there are many things that need to be adjusted both from the aspects of schools, teachers, and students. This study aims to determine students’ perceptions regarding the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) model framework. The satisfaction measurement model that is currently widely used as a reference is the servqual (service quality) model developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry. The Servqual paradigm used is with 5 dimensions: (1) reliability, (2) assurance, (3) responsiveness, (4) empathy, and (5) tangibles. This model is used in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum, especially for students in the social science cluster at Tasikmalaya City State High School.
