- Abstract
In order to study the residents’ intention to install charging piles in the renovation of old communities in non-first- and second-tier cities in the north (taking Haigang District of Qinhuangdao City as an example), based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors and action paths of the residents’ willingness to install charging piles in old communities from four dimensions: government policies, corporate image cognition, degree of understanding of charging piles, and purchase intention; online and offline parallel modes are used to conduct questionnaire surveys to collect data, by SPSS and Amos 24.0 software are used to establish a structural equation model for research and analysis. The results show that government policies and consumers’ understanding of charging piles have a more prominent impact on the renovation plan. The land use renovation and government policies were analyzed in combination with the renovation intention, and corresponding suggestions were put forward to improve the renovation plan of charging piles in old communities.
