- Abstract
Due to the transformation of the global energy structure and rapid technological advancements, power grid companies face new challenges. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is critical for industrial upgrading and sustainable grid development. This paper analyzes the policy evolution of such transformations, using a power grid company as a case study. It identifies key factors influencing successful transformation and proposes a flow chart depicting external and internal transformation processes. The findings offer practical insights and a reference framework for achieving effective transformation in the power industry.
