- Abstract
Bullying prevention in primary schools is a significant challenge, with many strategies ignoring the potential of community-based approaches. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the cooperation character-strengthening program in reducing bullying behavior at SD Inpres Manimeri II. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with an unequal control group, where data was collected through a census questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed a significant reduction in the frequency of bullying behavior and increased understanding and application of the value of cooperation among students after the intervention. In conclusion, the cooperation character-strengthening program has proven effective in creating a safer and more supportive school environment. This research recommends integrating the values of cooperation in the school curriculum and providing.
