- Abstract
In the new era, the deep integration of party building and education in private colleges and universities is the key path to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity and improving the quality of talent cultivation. This paper takes the Party branch of teachers at a private university as an example, and systematically analyses the innovative working mode of “five-dimensional linkage led by Party building”, which reveals the practical path to crack the dilemma of “two skins” between Party building and business in private colleges and universities.
