- Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being adopted in various sectors to enhance financial performance. The significance of AI is in its potential to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve competitiveness, making it a critical tool for modern business strategies. Despite its potential, there is a research gap in understanding the specific financial impact of AI adoption in B2B environments. This systematic literature review aims to explore how AI adoption influences financial performance in B2B companies. The research findings suggest that AI adoption leads to enhanced profitability, improved operational efficiency, and better decision-making capabilities. These insights contribute to the field by providing empirical evidence on the financial benefits of AI while highlighting the need to address barriers such as technological complexity and resistance to change for successful implementation.
