Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture for the academic year 2021/2022 issued a policy regarding the implementation of limited face-to-face learning. A learning model that is suitable for online and offline implementation is needed for this situation, one of which is the hybrid learning model. The hybrid learning model is a combination of face-to-face learning and online learning. The research problem is the effectiveness of the hybrid learning model in the Dasar Graha course of the Family Welfare Education Study Program. The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Hybrid Learning model in the Dasar Graha course. This study uses a qualitative approach using 14 respondents, consisting of 2 lecturers in Dasar Graha course representing the concentration of Culinary Art and Fashion, and 12 Dasar Graha course students representing 4 Dasar Graha classes, using the Proportional Purposive Sampling technique. The data analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the analysis for collected data of learning outcomes of Graha Elementary students, it was concluded that the use of hybrid learning model in Graha Elementary course was effective, where there was a 53% percentage of the grade A, 47% for the grade AB and 0.97% for the grade B. The hybrid learning model for the Dasar Graha course has been effectively implemented with a well-prepared RPS and diverse online tools. However, challenges remain, including internet issues affecting online learning and occasional equipment malfunctions in offline sessions.
