- Abstract
China is currently in a stage of rapid aging. Traditional living circle planning, mostly based on the mobility standards of ordinary adults, cannot adequately meet the needs of the elderly for living facilities. Based on this, this study takes Liwan District of Guangzhou as an example to quantitatively evaluate the aging-adaptation level of existing living facilities from the perspective of supply and demand. Taking the Zhongnan living circle with low evaluation results as an example, the ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the layout of aging-adapted facilities to achieve a high degree of fit between the needs of the elderly and the supply of living service facilities.
